Every day (except Tuesday), at 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM, you can join a free snorkeling experience with Worldrise’s marine biologist and discover the biodiversity of the SEATY within the Asinara Island MPA. The meeting point is the Cala Reale platform, on the left side of the landing area. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the activity will take place at the Ossario at 11:00 AM.
Cristina, the SEATY marine biologist, will be on board the Sara D ferry every day on the first departure from Porto Torres, providing all the latest information and daily updates.
From March to October, you can join free guided nature walks along the coastal area of SEATY AMP Isola dell’Asinara, between Cala Reale and Cala dell’Ossario, to discover the biodiversity living among the rocks and sand. Along the route, SEATY’s educational signage will guide the exploration, offering insights and information about Asinara’s marine and coastal environment.
The activity is designed for families, organised groups and school groups, and offers an alternative to snorkeling when weather conditions are not ideal or during the low season.
The nature walk lasts approximately 1 hour for the Cala Reale route and 2 hours for the full route to Cala dell’Ossario. The experience can also be combined with guided snorkeling activities and events, in collaboration with local organisations.
