In partnership with Lush we carried out two sessions of #Batti5 in the south of Italy (Reggio Calabria and Milazzo), involving a total of 404 students..

After an interactive lecture and a beach clean, the students took part in an artistic session in which the pieces of plastic collected on the beach were transformed in art pieces.

In particular, the art pieces realised by Milazzo’s students are now exposed in the newly born Museum of the Sea,which was born from an idea of the Association Dugongo Team, founded by the biologist Carmelo Isgrò, and made possible thanks to the fundraising campaign of Siso Project.
